Accountable for and manages the developmentimplementation and ongoing maintenance of longterm project(s)typically spanning two years or more planning to implementationwith relatively more complex scope and deliverables that may impactmultiple business unit / function or business critical program.
Project scopeimpacts one or more of the following : process system functionproduct and / or service.
Project span across enterprise.
Aligns with enterprise initiativesmultifaceted and strategy.
Bachelors degree in related field required.
Seven (7) or more yearsexperience in related field.
Five (5) years project management experience in healthplan operations or related field.
Project Management / Project ManagementCertificate (PMP) preferred.
Leadership and / or analytical experience with datasystems and operations.
Knowledge of program management preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency andexperience with project management applications templatesdevelopment tools and analysis tools required.
Demonstrated knowledge andexperience planning and leading high risk and complex projects.

Demonstrated experience in project managinglarge complex enterprise wide business initiatives
