The Michael Huven Agency , established from scratch in 2016 and having expanded through a merger in December 2022, has grown into a $6 million agency.

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $37,000 to $40,000 , with top performers having the potential to earn up to $90,000 per year through our competitive commission structure.

Monday - Thursday (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm) Work Schedule

Friday (8 : 30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirements

  • Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a BONUS - not required to apply.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
