About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is a mix of data entry, customer service, and follow-up support , with the opportunity to grow into sales or eCommerce responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Service & Calls
  • Answer and make customer calls to provide support, follow up on orders, or assist with product questions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Data Entry & Office Support

  • Enter and update customer and order information, or product information in our systems.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Follow-Ups

  • Call or email customers for updates, reminders, and after-sales support.
  • Track leads and sales opportunities in our CRM.
  • Team Assistance

  • Support the team with simple marketing or office tasks when needed.
  • Be open to learning eCommerce tools (like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads) as you grow in the role.
  • What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls (clear and friendly communication style).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual.
  • Computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
  • A positive, reliable, and adaptable team player.
  • Open to learning and growing into new responsibilities over time.
  • Nice-to-Have (but not required) :

  • Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce tools.
  • Interest in sales or marketing.
