Mugg & Bopps is a family owned company headquartered in Howell, MI and operates 21 Mugg & Bopps Convenience Stores throughout Mid-Michigan.

Assist Store Manager to develop and build a team of dedicated sales staff and shift leaders who deliver great, friendly customer service and profitable top line sales.
Top line sales is an increase in gross sales or revenues.) Also fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
Responsibilities include :

- Assist in recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and development of employees

- Maintain CLEAN store

- Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed
- Maintain safe, secure & healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
