Senior Accountant
We are actively seeking a Senior Accountant for several of our clients in Metro Atlanta. This role in particular is a great opportunity to work for a stable growing company that has tons of room for personal career growth.
Job Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant :
- Responsible for posting monthly journal entries
- Responsible for maintaining reconciliations and keeping track of bank transactions
- Manage and complete month-end close
- Assist Finance team with forecast and budget analysis
- Full cycle technical accounting
- Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits
Job Requirements for the Senior Accountant :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5-7 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment (4 years if Big 4)
- Experience in financial analysis and internal controls
- Strong Excel Skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and various functions
- Large ERP experience and / or exposure is highly preferred
- Eager to learn, grow, and foster process improvement
- MBA, CPA, CMA, CCA or similar certification required
