Kidcreate Studio - Fairfax is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We deliver exciting science and art programs to elementary schools throughout Fairfax and Loudoun County.

The ideal instructor has previous teaching experience, can teach multiple subjects, and is able to work with a variety of curricula to deliver high-quality enrichment instruction to elementary students. We are especially interested in candidates available between 2 : 00 PM and 6 : 00 PM, as this is our peak program time.

Start Date : Mid September 2025

Compensation

$40-$45 Per Session based on skill sets

Typical Session

6-8 Weeks Session

Responsibilities and Duties :

Prepare room for class each day, sometimes setting up classroom or maneuvering equipment

Teach and inspire 10-15 students with provided curriculum in a structured environment (about 1.5-2 hours per day)

Overall supplies management and prep the materials

Manage the children in an appropriate and safe manner

Ensure students are safely dismissed following class

Communicate effectively with children, parents and Studio staff

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience working with the children between 18 months to 12 years of age

Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.

Must have proficient computer skills

Excellent communication skills

High level of classroom management and customer service skills

Works well under pressure

Must be available to teach at least 2-3 times per week

Reliable Vehicle transportation required
