Ambulatory Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Up to $33-$35 / hour | Day Shift | New York, NY | Excellent Union Benefits and Up to $15k Sign-On Bonus

Locations : New York, NY

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $33-$35 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No weekends, no holidays)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities :

• Gather patient history, record vital signs, and assist with intake assessments
• Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed
• Provide basic wound care, remove sutures, and assist with minor procedures
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately
