JRaylTransport is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Akron, OH, home weekends ! Drivers must be able to drive manual transmission.

John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, OH. Since its humble beginnings, JRayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a focus of creating a unique family environment for their CDL Class A Truck Drivers.

Compensation :

• Average weekly pay : up to$1,300-$1,500
• Base up to 55 CPM with an average of 2,400-2,800 miles weekly
• Pay based on experience
• Bonuses
• Military Veteran bonus $0.02 cpm
• Safety Bonus : $250 per quarter with no violations
• Referral Bonus : $1,250 paid out after referral runs their first load
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time : Home Every Weekend
• Schedule : Sunday through Friday (5.5 days week). Home every weekend
• Route : Varies by customer
• Level of Touch : All No Touch Freight

• 2018 or newer International / Kenworth / Peterbilt / Freightliners
• Automatic and manual
• Cummins Engines
• Inverters in all trucks
• Bendix Safety System
• Samsara ELD
• Heaters / Double Bunks
• Governed speed : 68 mph

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 12 monthsverifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record within last 12 months (no more than 2 violations)
• Drivers must be able to drive manual transmission
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius : Preferred within 50 miles of Akron, OH or be willing to relocate for this position
