Help Desk Analyst -#23301
What you’ll be doing :
- Offer Level 1, 2, and 3 support for applications and hardware, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with remote teams to assist with hands-on tasks for infrastructure projects.
- Provide remote backup support to other locations as needed.
- Deliver technical support for various hardware, such as desktops, laptops, copiers, scanners, desk phones, cell phones, and tablets.
- Handle hardware deployment for break-fix issues.
- Manage user account creation and implement necessary security measures for different roles.
- Set up and deploy PCs and phones for both new and existing employees.
Required Skills :
- 3+ years in a level 1 / level 2 support role
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar
- Experience with Microsoft InTune is a plus
- Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree is preferred
