- Certified Surgical Tech (CST) position available.

Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience - Required.
- Ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, ENT, and endovascular / vascular experience - Required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
- All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
Schedule Information
- IMPORTANT! McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy.
- Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately.
- Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor.
- This policy will begin on 6 / 1 / 2024.

- Nonbillable Hours : 12 hours of initial hours.
- OT / Holiday / Call back Markups : 1.1x Regular rates.
- Extension Discount : $1 / hr on the initial extension.
- McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%.
- Anyone with a permanent address within a 35-mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
