Position Overview We are seeking friendly and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team! Whether your strengths are in handyman services, plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC, we would love to have you with us.
In this role, you will be instrumental in keeping our properties safe and functional while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in all properties.
Use problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively address maintenance challenges. Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use.
Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation is a must. Licensed technicians are preferred, as they may access additional job opportunities and higher pay.
