What We Look For Required : Five years construction experience or related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong consistency to deadlines. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external customers. Possess a strong and active solid understanding of MS Excel. Be able to build tracking spreadsheets, reference data in other spreadsheets and build macros. Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating. Must have the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers in difficult situations. Preferred : Five years fire protection, alarm / detection, or related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical and electrical documents. Knowledge of NFPA and IEC standards, Underwriter's requirements and applicable building codes. NICET Level II or higher Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or equivalent field. Able to travel at least 10% of the time.
Hiring Salary Range : $64,000-81,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
