Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with various teams in the organization to analyze financial results, distill and synthesize issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support and prepare internal reports
• Implement and manage financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare management and board reporting, highlighting trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, integrating business strategies into actionable financial plans.
• Assist with coordination and consolidation of quarterly performance
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Participate in the implementation of financial software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA, CPA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, software implementation, and management reporting.
• Strong financial modeling experience and a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
