Seasonal Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with each customer, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Drive seasonal sales goals by creating a welcoming and elevated customer experience.
- Achieve productivity targets through effective negotiation and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and showcase features, benefits, and seasonal promotions in each interaction.
- Provide professional and timely customer support to resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Associates to brainstorm and implement new strategies for maximizing seasonal sales results and enhancing profit margins.
Requirements:
- An associate’s degree is recommended but not required.
- 1 year of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar entry-level role.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and motivated to create positive customer experiences.
- Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
