A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Lead to contribute to market-changing projects and translate business requirements into IT requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise between business groups and IT to understand and document business needsCollaborate with delivery teams to develop new business enhancements and technical upgradesUtilize Agile / scrum methodologies to improve team performance and project deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field with a minimum of six years of related experience, or a high school diploma / GED with eight years of experienceExperience in requirements gathering activities or progressive systems experienceKnowledge of industry tools for eliciting and analyzing requirements, such as Azure Dev Ops and user story creationExperience working in an Agile / scrum environmentFamiliarity with quoting applications and / or supporting auto, property, and special lines products
