About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Illinois. This opportunity starts on Oct 20, 2025, and runs for 45 days, with a set schedule of 20 hours per week across mornings and early afternoons, Monday through Thursday. Candidates must have recent occupational health experience and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Tuesday : 10am2 : 30pm

  • 20 hours per week only, no exceptions

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services
  • Manage patient care in accordance with best practices in occupational health
  • Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-ups for work-related health concerns
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support workplace health and safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Adhere to all relevant regulatory and clinical standards

    • Additional Information

  • Must have a valid nurse practitioner license in Illinois and Iowa
  • Board certification in Occupational Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Recent occupational health experience required
