PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination.
Supports multiple clients’ accounting functions.
Completes non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by Consulting and OutsourcingSenior, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO.
Works as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, principals and clients. With guidance, provides excellent client service to help clients reach their goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred .
General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
