Overview
This is a 3-month contract for an Electrical Designer. You will work onsite with one of our clients doing design layouts and circuity for high tech automation machinery.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in electrical design as well as automation equipment.
Pay : $35-45 / hr
Job Responsibilities
- Design and layout electrical circuitry for state-of-the-art automation machinery
- Develop comprehensive PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) layouts for seamless system integration
- Utilize AutoCAD electrical software to create detailed and accurate electrical designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project requirements
- Conduct thorough design reviews and implement necessary modifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical design and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electrical design and automation / PLC layout
- Proficiency in AutoCAD electrical and other relevant design software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
