Position Overview :

Pure Green Wholesale is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our wholesale division strategy and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale sales and big box retail distribution, with preexisting relationships and a proven track record of success.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the health and wellness market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing wholesale sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for wholesale initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent Pure Green Juice Co at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale / big box retail sales, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong network of preexisting relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
