Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for acute care inpatient rehabilitation with an active Oregon license and BLS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in an acute care inpatient rehabilitation setting within a 160-bed, level 2 trauma center
  • Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics with conditions from neurological disorders to lymphedema and wheelchair fitting
  • Day shift from 11 : 00 to 19 : 30 with rotating weekends
  • Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
  • Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with decreased physical mobility or functional independence
  • Work with a complex and high-acuity patient census among the top in the state
  • Team supports specialty care across a broad range of diagnoses and ages
  • Cutting edge equipment available, including separate adult and pediatric gyms and an underwater treadmill
  • Facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate assignments for cause
  • Strict adherence to job requirements is expected for consideration

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
  • Minimum of 1 year of inpatient physical therapy experience required
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
  • License required if applicable
