Position : RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.

Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Participate in professional development and training programs.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Texas and ACLS certification required.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in high-pressure situations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Experience in quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking.

Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.

Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.

Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.

Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
