A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager for the Mid Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily activities of a team of 8-12 Customer Support Representatives to ensure timely completion of work
Monitor and review calls and correspondence between representatives and customers
Manage escalated issues and provide direction while developing staff through performance management and training
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
3-4 years in a high-volume payroll role with customer-facing responsibilities
Knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll / benefit laws
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience, including 1+ year of management experience
Strong knowledge of computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
