We have an opportunity for an experienced office manager for a local Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm providing tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services to a diverse client base. They value accuracy, organization, and strong communication, and we work together to provide an excellent client experience year-round.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping both people and processes running smoothly. Bookkeeping experience or familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule client appointments and maintain staff calendars
• Organize incoming tax documents and client records
• Prepare client files for tax return processing
• Receive payments and issue receipts
• Create invoices and post client payments
• Assist with general office communication and correspondence
• Support the team during busy tax season with administrative and clerical tasks
