What you get : Location : on-site Contract : 6 months Hourly rate : $50-65 BOE Shift : Flexible but may need to work early mornings / late nights as we are a global organization and do business in Asia / Europe Supply Chain / Commodity Manager The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless execution within the assigned area of Ichor's supply chain.

The Supply Chain Manager will participate in setting the strategic direction of the supply chain organization and passionately drive continuous improvements that exceed internal and external customer expectations.

This versatile, broad based, highly matrixed operations role is an opportunity to develop and own a supply chain that optimizes delivery, cash flow, and the cost of goods sold for assigned commodities, products, or projects.

Candidates will support key initiatives in one or more of three key functions : Supplier Management, Supply Chain Project Management, and New Product introduction.

Roles & Responsibilities : Cost / Price Analysis Identifying level of value add completed at supplier and rationalizing transformation costsAssessing / determining costed bills of materials

Categorization of the commodity Break down commodity into sub-categories for better spend allocation and decision analysis

Review current allocation and rationalize and or recommend improvements which will yield cost and lead time reductions

Lead time and alternative part analysis

Prepare a Long-Term Stocking Agreement and framework for regular updates to the liability, drive adoption of alternative components

Manage end of life / alt sourcing initiates for cables

Escalation support / resolver constraints on critical deliveries
