Responsibilities :
- Execute and innovate on our fun, creative menu.
- Shucking Oysters.
- Closing a station and locking the restaraunt up at night.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and seasonal specials.
- Engage with our social media audience by participating in videos and live streams.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.
- Seafood Experience!
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and passion for food.
- Excellent communication skills and a camera-ready personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
