They are seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting the General Manager with daily restaurant activities
- Managing the front of house team
- Collaborating with front and back of house team
- Establishing and maintaining team spirit
- Upholding service standards
- Training and supporting staff
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience
Key Requirements :
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably from a fast-paced restaurant
- Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Strong team leader
