Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Water / Wastewater Project Engineer, we'll count on you to :

• Prepare study-level reports and detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment systems and collection systems under instruction from the Project Manager and while directing support from an EIT.
• Take responsibility for performing complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed.
• Function as an assistant project manager on projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing and creating plans and specifications for water and wastewater projects.
• Planning and / or design experience for water / wastewater treatment plants.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a project team to completion of a task.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

MS preferred.

The expected compensation range for this position is $76,461.00 - $129,090.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
