As a Physical Therapist (PT) supporting the Honda Development & Manufacturing of America campus, you'll combine outpatient orthopedic expertise with innovative workplace injury prevention, helping associates stay healthy, recover faster, and return to doing what they love.

For over 25 years, H2 Health has partnered with Honda in Ohio to provide cutting-edge injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. Our PTs work in beautifully equipped wellness centers located right on the Honda campus, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, massage therapists, and safety personnel.

Your Role :

We are seeking a motivated, creative Physical Therapist to join our Watson Wellness Center outpatient team in Marysville, OH, with occasional coverage at our East Liberty clinics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a non-traditional outpatient environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can think both clinically and "outside the box."

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and work-related conditions, including cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) and post-operative cases

Develop individualized treatment plans that restore function and prevent future injury

Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Ergonomic Job Coaching, and participate in our Work Recovery Program (training provided)

Collaborate closely with onsite healthcare and safety teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain an average caseload of ~50 visits per week with built-in documentation time

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
