RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with investment teams to develop the capital formation strategy for potential co-investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders on target co-investment partners includer clients, Limited Partners, and other investors.
- Execute the co-investment process including managing client engagement and due diligence process, co-investment structuring, and closing
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients (pensions, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors)
- Lead and develop team and act as a culture carrier who creates a sense of inclusion and inspires the team to exceed high standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in capital markets, investment banking, or private markets capital raising.
- Experience in modeling, sales & trading, or client management is a plus
- Understanding of investment dynamics and adept at crafting compelling co-investment narratives
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships with colleagues across the firm.
- Understanding of a broad range of asset classes, capital markets and capital structures.
- Strong analytical, presentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Outstanding relationship building skills working across cross-functional teams (internal / external constituencies).
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus.
Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range : $ 265,000.00 - $ 360,000.00
