Job Title : Commercial Mechanical Project Sales Manager
Overview : We are on the lookout for an ambitious Commercial Mechanical Project Sales Manager, dedicated to fostering sales growth within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
This pivotal role calls for a proactive and strategic professional committed to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the execution of sales initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass organizational objectives.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a foundation for continued business engagements.
- Seek out and engage with new business prospects within the commercial mechanical construction landscape.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that client deliverables are met with unparalleled quality and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements :
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, specifically within the commercial or mechanical construction sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanical construction industry and its key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Capability to autonomously drive sales objectives as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.

- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets within the mechanical construction industry.
