CRM Audience Manager

Reporting to our Senior Director of Database Marketing, you will play a critical role in creating and activating customer and trade audiences across online and offline channels—including digital advertising, direct mail, and email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute audience segmentation strategies that ensure effective targeting and engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use data to identify and target specific customer segments, maximizing ROI.
  • Design and execute test grids, capturing data needed for measurement and continuous learning.
  • Create and maintain accurate CRM audience lists for digital, direct mail, and email campaigns, incorporating segmentation criteria such as demographics, behaviors, and purchase history.
  • Leverage marketing automation to execute and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Maintain data and processes needed to support accurate campaigns and reporting.
  • Proactively manage projects, interacting with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital and direct mail / email marketing, proposing innovative strategies to enhance audience targeting and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MS or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in audience creation and segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of direct marketing channels, including direct mail, digital, email, social media, display advertising, addressable and streaming TV and radio, and emerging media.
  • Highly analytical, results‑oriented, with a strong focus on campaign optimization and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL is helpful.

  • Competitive salary range : $130,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience.

    This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.
