General Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Technical analysis of specifications in order to understand the nature and scope of the proposed changes
- Development of solutions and structured code following architecture standards
- Thorough testing of code change work
- Problem solving debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Participating in technical, design, and code review meetings
- Review and understand general business drivers and context for development projects.
- Create and maintain on-going documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid technical skills - including design and coding solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication / interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- HealthCare experience is a plus, but not required
Technical Capabilities
- ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MVC
- Experience or knowledge in various APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming API
- Experience with source control such as Git, TFS, SVN or Azure DevOps
- Powershell a plus
