General Description

The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems through application development and integration, as well as possess a strong ability to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources and maintain a big picture view.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Technical analysis of specifications in order to understand the nature and scope of the proposed changes
  • Development of solutions and structured code following architecture standards
  • Thorough testing of code change work
  • Problem solving debugging and troubleshooting issues
  • Participating in technical, design, and code review meetings
  • Review and understand general business drivers and context for development projects.
  • Create and maintain on-going documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

Minimum Qualifications

  • Solid technical skills - including design and coding solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • HealthCare experience is a plus, but not required

Technical Capabilities

  • ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MVC
  • Experience or knowledge in various APIs like SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming API
  • Experience with source control such as Git, TFS, SVN or Azure DevOps
  • Powershell a plus
