Responsibilities :
- Deliver hands-on care to patients, prioritizing their comfort and safety in a medical-surgical environment
- Observe and evaluate patient conditions, reacting to any changes and offering prompt interventions
- Dispense medications and treatments as directed, following established safety guidelines and protocols
- Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans
- Keep precise and comprehensive patient records in line with facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications :
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work effectively with medical patients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
