Position Overview : Our client is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in a remote role.
This individual will report directly to the VP of Growth and play a critical role in leading key marketing initiatives and supporting the organization’s communications efforts.
While the position is fully remote, candidates located in the Mid-Atlantic region are preferred, and the successful candidate must, at a minimum, reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management and must be dynamic, results-driven, and passionate about making an impact.
Healthcare experience is not required. Responsibilities : Lead and oversee marketing and outreach efforts, including content creation, traditional and digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and event management.
Manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and execute high-quality marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration. Serve as the key point of contact for marketing-related efforts, ensuring brand compliance and quality assurance.
Analyze and present market research on performance trends and competitive landscape. Represent the organization at community events and outreach activities.
Coordinate and execute various company events, conferences, and meetings. Develop and monitor calendars of outreach activities, such as workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 5 years of experience in a management role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of SEO / SEM, social media marketing platforms, and Google Ads is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and email marketing platforms (e.
g., Constant Contact). Must hold a current and valid driver’s license. Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
