Office Manager- Well-established, multi-dentist office located in Manhattan, KS seeks to hire a responsible professional to manage the operations of the practice and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- The manager will establish systems and processed which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement.
- Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.
- The office manager will help build a strong team to support patients, be the liaison between the doctors and the team / doctor and the patients, groom leaders on the team to help support practice growth, have an understanding of the fundamentals of the business side of a practice, provide a high level of organization leadership and have a strong business acumen and usage of tools such as Word and Excel.
- Dental Practice Management Software experience is a plus.
- HR knowledge including benefits administration and recruitment.
- Selected candidate will have excellent communication , problem solving and leadership skills, and be familiar with electronic billing, account receivables, and insurance processes.
