About the Team :
Join our Global Procurement team and become a key partner to the Realty & Operations business of the world's largest retailer.
As the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will be responsible for improving processes, conducting gap analyses, and implementing best practices across Global Procurement.
About the Position :
This position is crucial in developing and implementing processes, standardizing best practices, and driving the execution of business plans and projects within the procurement team.
You will identify customer and operational needs, communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers, measure progress, and support continuous learning.
Responsibilities include :
- Article management, creation, and maintenance of new and existing articles. Managing catalog enrichment.
- Line reviews to simplify assortment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify goals, risks, and issues, and create communication strategies.
- Improve program management processes by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices.
- Recommend program changes based on data and persuade cross-functional teams to implement them.
- Build strong relationships with team members and business partners to achieve objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
