Job Title : Full-Time School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location : Wellesley, MA
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Wellesley, MA.
The BCBA will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behaviors and enhance learning.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior strategies
- Provide direct support and consultation to students and staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Train staff and families on behavior management techniques
Qualifications :
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
