As a member of the Supply Chain Team, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for accuracy and maintaining inventory integrity between Country Archer's ERP system, our 3PLs, and our internal production documentation.

This will include processing receipts, fulfillments, inventory adjustments, investigating discrepancies, as well as maintaining a close relationship with our internal warehouse team to keep inventory as precise and real time as possible.

The position will report directly to the Supply Chain Analyst. This role is onsite at our San Bernardino facility.

Pay range : $65,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory accuracy and visibility between remote warehouses, production sites, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by recording and analyzing all inventory transactions
  • Record and reconcile month end inventory across inventory sites. Research and provide data analysis to explain discrepancies
  • Record and transact first and third-party activities in ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to inventory management
  • Improve and implement inventory control protocols to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover
  • Perform regular on-site inspections by walking the warehouse floor to validate inventory counts and ensure accuracy of system-reported records
  • Ensure that all required paperwork for compliance is archived for receipt, transfers, outbound shipping, or cycle count justifications
  • Present inventory analysis findings cross-functionally for performance review internally and externally to third party service providers
  • Able to manage large amounts of data in excel
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Able to adapt to fast paced environment, ability to multi-task
  • Requires strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

  • Strong excel skills and proficient with manipulating large amounts of data

Education and / or Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of inventory management experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing
  • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • ERP System and NetSuite experience a plus
