Position Summary :

The Production Supervisor coordinates all departmental functions to ensure production requirements are met with safety, quality, and efficiency.

Coordinates activities with materials, purchasing, maintenance, tooling, engineering, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to :

• Monitors production plans and provides corrective action as necessary.
• Resolves problems logically and effectively.
• Eliminates waste through safety, quality, and production improvements.
• Maintains work center schedule by staying within production and shipping scheduling.

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Production Operations team and reports to the Production Operations Manager.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of welding processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven manufacturing administration skills
• Ability to adapt to and use computers
