Come join our food and beverage team as a full-time Server Assistant for the Capolinea Restaurant at the - where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq.

ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets! Capolinea is our fine-dining, signature restaurant that spans traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines serving delectable handmade pastas, prime-cut steaks and tableside martini service! A Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Shift Pattern : candidates should be able to work an evening shift, starting between 3 / 4 pm and ending between 11 pm / 12 am any day of the week / weekends / holidays as needed

Pay Rate : $12.25 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
