Job Description

You will be joining our Institutional Innovation team to provide leadership and technical support.

You will work within the team to identify and explore innovative solutions to solve specific customer needs in the cleaning and hygiene industry.

You will work within a team and explore a variety of innovation areas including sustainable solutions.

You will communicate to stakeholders regularly by sharing information, creating technical reports, delivering presentations and provide input to road mapping.

You will develop understanding of hygiene products including formulation, performance and efficacy tests, and the current regulations governing their use.

Qualifications

You have 5+ years' experience with the innovation field with aMasters or PhD in Chemistry.

You have a proven track record of product formulations development with bench experience.

You have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience - demonstrated record of cross functional communication and results.
