LEARN ABOUT YOUR ESTIMATING ROLE
Schedule :
You will have a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7 : 00 AM and 3 : 30 PM.
Day-to-Day :
As our HVAC Project Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting material take-offs, using AutoBid software for accurate material estimation, and preparing detailed bidding assignments.
Your precision and strategic thinking will be key to the successful execution of projects and the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of HVAC mechanical experience
- AutoBid software experience (preferred)
- Great computer abilities, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and estimating software
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
- Ability to deliver accurate and competitive bids on time
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable transportation
