• Location : Decatur, IL
• Weekday : 8am 5pm Onsite, PM Call
• Weekend : 8am 12pm Onsite, PM Call
• 1 Week per Month
• Patients per shift : 10-15 per shift (Outpatient scope on select mornings)
• EMR : Cerner / powerchart
• Client will cover travel / lodging expenses
• IL License Preferred (IMLS potentially considered)
