Job Summary
Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Education and / or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.Must complete orientation for various procedures and other in-services
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and / or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Oncology certification preferred.Chemotherapy certification through the Oncology Nursing Society's (ONS) core curriculum within 1 year of employment required.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm; 56 hours every 2 weeks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$26.25 - $39.25 per hour
