A prestigious Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Real Estate attorney to join its dynamic and growing Real Estate Group.

Qualifications :
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3-5 years of real estate transaction experience
- Strong background in capital markets, including institutional joint ventures, syndications, and fund formation
- Experience with purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Outstanding communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to manage deals from start to finish independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multi-tasking
We Offer :
- Reasonable billable hour requirement : 1,800 hours
- $2,500 annual business development budget

Salary Range :
$225,000 - $250,000 annually commensurate with experience
