We're building a consumer-social product that gives users a new way to pool capital alongside of friends.

The Role
What you'll do...
- Collaboratively work to build, maintain, and evolve Koop's brand
- Conceptualize and execute ideas across the different pillars of Koop including Product, Marketing Drops, Social, and more
- Bring innovative and creative ideas to life
- Come up with clear, effective, fun, and powerful marketing language and copy
- Ensure a high-quality bar in all external touch points across the brand
- Produce assets for a variety of mediums (blogs, videos, tweets) that stay true to our core values and principles
Who you are...
- You have extreme proficiency in the software needed for the job : Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- You have previous experience working on brands, either internally or part of an agency
- You have a strong visual Design ability when it comes to color, type, layout, etc.
- You're highly creative with an eye for details
- You have great taste, hold a high bar for aesthetics, and you produce work that reaches it
- You care less about what others have done, and more about what's right for us
- You can clearly communicate your ideas and feedback
- You're comfortable in a fast moving environment, managing multiple projects at once
- You are passionate about Web3, future of work, and the mission of Koop
