Formento's is a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant in Chicago's West Loop. We feature 50's Italian-American inspired cuisine in a warm dining room.

The restaurant includes 175 seats, a patio for 50, private dining rooms for 120 guests and a take-away sandwich shop called Nonna's.

Applicants must have experience in culinary systems, organization, high volume. Ideal candidates have a strong culinary background coupled with the skills associated with major production.
