Job Description

AECOM is seeking a talented and highly motivated Program Analyst to support our Energy teams large utility programs in Southern California.

The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Onboarding
  • Participate in program meetings and activities
  • Provide materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities
  • Track program metrics
  • Support program management team
  • Client interface

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

  • BA / BS and 4 years of relative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
  • Experience working with California utilities.
  • As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Project and organizational skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent. Agile or any other project management certifications
  • Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and / or sustainability
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials
  • Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $92,869.86 - $121,169.17.
