Optimal Home Care is looking for our next Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in the Denver Metro area! There is a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus!

About the Position :

The goal of the home health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community with self-management of disease and other identified processes.

When the highest practicable level of well-being is not independence, the goal is to prepare the patient and family / caregivers for a continuum of care within the home and / or within other community-based health care systems.

Pay : $75,000-100,000

Optimal Pays Per Visit

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • A graduate of an accredited, approved school of professional nursing. Must have home health experience.
  • Active license in the State of Colorado in good standing.
  • Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate
  • Current driver's license
  • At least 6 months to one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health is required.
  • Familiarity with OASIS required.
