As a Field Service Technician, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC.

Show case your skills and experience with a focus on installation, calibration and servicing of custom sensors and equipment.

You will interact with customers and cross functional service groups that support and launch ZEISS products into the field.

• Install, Repair, Troubleshoot, Service and Calibrate high tech sensors at customer locations.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with a high level of passion and dedication.
• Demonstrate your ability to install, evaluate, detect, and troubleshoot different types of issues affecting computer systems and electronics.
• Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner.
• Be Solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently in a high pressure, fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Travel requirement is 75 -100% including international travel as needed.
• Other duties as required. Do you qualify?
• Minimum, High School graduate, completed GED or equivalent
• Or,Tech School, associate, or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as, Computer networking, Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, and the like
• Or Training and experience from a Military Technical School.
• Prior experience working with hand tools, computer hardware, computer software, and basic electrical test equipment
• Microsoft operating system knowledge is required.
• Capable of unassisted physical lift of one article weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Successful candidates will need to acquire or currently possess a valid US Passport
• Able and willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication and customer service aptitude Nice to haves :
